Job Title: Onsite Manager
Location: Rockingham, NC

Reports To: Regional Manager
Job Summary: The Onsite Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the onsite staffing. This role includes managing employee relations, ensuring smooth operations, and coordinating recruitment and hiring processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations and Support:
- Maintain a visible presence on the plant floor to address employee questions, concerns, and needs.
- Motivate staff through approved activities in coordination with the operations team.
- Deliver and create awareness of company updates and Required Information Training (RIT).
- Operations Coordination:
- Designate drivers per shift and send the list to the Regional Manager.
- Provide van updates to the Operations team.
- Submit employee debts and payment adjustments to the financial team.
- Conduct weekly and daily attendance control.
- Recruitment and Hiring:
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc.
- Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, etc.
- Screen candidate resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Onboard new employees to ensure they are fully integrated.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Fill out all important documents for candidates prior to hiring, such as E-Verify, I-9, G-4, etc.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Onsite Manager, HR Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using various recruitment tools and software.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions:
- Onsite presence required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary.
