Position Description
The Production/Lab Technician is responsible for hands-on production and assembly of new and existing products; tracking supplies and materials used in production; performing quality assurance functions over incoming materials and finished goods; and maintaining facilities in good working order. Preferably, the candidate has prior work experience in repetitive-function manufacturing, scientific, or lab environment.
Qualifications
- Past working experience in a repetitive-function manufacturing, scientific and/or lab environment.
- Ideally, experience working in an FDA/GMP regulated environment.
- Since we are a small employer, there are no health benefits offered at the present time.
Responsibilities
- Follow detailed work instructions and protocols.
- Repetitive manufacture and assembly of clinical and pre-clinical products, consistent with internal quality systems and good manufacturing practices.
- Performing quality assurance, testing and validation for incoming materials and finished goods, consistent with internal quality systems.
- Maintaining facilities in good working order, consistent with internal quality systems and good manufacturing practices, including storage and warehousing of materials and supplies.
- Other related duties as assigned.
