The mission of the Engineering Team is to ensure that the products we make are safe, meet all specified material properties, and meet our customer’s needs. Owns the relationship between PWT and our customers with respect to technical information. Leads the team in providing our customers with product knowledge, design software knowledge, and technical information.

Provides training on Product Knowledge and EWP Design Procedures

Required Education and Experience
Associates (2-year) degree required.
Bachelor's in engineering preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in design of EWP products (I-Joist, LVL, LSL, PSL, GLB).
