Who we want:
The Sr. Executive Assistant will support the CEO and C-Suite executives, enhancing productivity and furthering United Way's mission. Responsibilities include confidential executive support, expert presentation creation, calendar management, board relations, and fostering internal and external relationships. This role involves liaising with the board, overseeing special projects, and handling confidential matters with discretion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses strong communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Expertise in simultaneously, and efficiently managing complex schedules for the CEO and C-Suite executives, including coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

The ability to prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring the CEO's and C-Suite executives' time is used most effectively.

Strong skills in monitoring and tracking progress on various projects and tasks assigned by the C-Suite, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Proactive problem-solving skills to identify potential issues and address them before they escalate.

Proficiency in planning, organizing, and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, scheduling conference rooms, and arranging necessary technology.

Technical know-how to ensure all components are in place and operational for virtual meetings.

Attention to detail in recording meeting minutes and following up on action items to ensure completion.

Creativity and precision in developing, designing, and refining high-quality presentations for internal and external meetings, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and visual appeal.
