About the Role: The Vendor Coordinator is an entry level position responsible for facility maintenance coordination. This role provides assistance to the facility management team to ensure the successful completion of client facility needs. The role is responsible for updating repair work communications, identifying problematic work order issues, and helping to resolve issues. The Vendor Coordinator works closely with the Client Manager to resolve and maintain client expectations.

What you'll do:
- Monitor on-site schedule alerts, and notify team of problematic interference with work order completion. Identify problematic work orders and escalate to Client Managers.
- Provide accurate and complete information to technicians and enter notable information in software
- Work on multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
- Foresee potential obstacles, and assist in work order related issues and problem resolution, take the initiative to develop and propose solutions.
- Answer phone calls from our field trade network and provide support, clarification, and appropriate direction.

A successful candidate will have:
- Associate's Degree, or equivalent work experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- A sense of urgency
- Super customer service skills with a willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving, follow-up, organizational, negotiation and scheduling skills
- Comfortable with heavy telephone, email, messaging, and note entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work well under pressure in a fast paced team environment
