You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to identify improvement opportunities and implement data-driven solutions, ultimately elevating conversion rates across our digital marketing channels.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and optimize conversion rates. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Utilize various digital channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO to reach target audiences.
2. Content Creation and Management:
- Develop engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
- Manage and optimize content to ensure alignment with SEO best practices and overall marketing goals.
3. Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engage with the audience.
4. Lead Generation:
- Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through digital channels.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handover and conversion.
5. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Analyze website performance and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement CRO strategies to optimize conversion rates and improve overall user experience.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on driving traffic, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and analyze performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
