ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
- Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals in order to perform required maintenance and service.
- Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
- Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
- Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
- Supports and leads by example the core values of the organization.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
· 1+ year experience in similar role.
· Knowledge of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
· HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field is preferred.
· General understanding of routine maintenance procedures and techniques.
· Effective problem-solving abilities.
· Resourceful and well organized.
· Must be a self-starter and able to work under limited supervision.
· Ability to work with outside contractors.
· Ability to lift 75 pounds.
· High energy level, comfortable handling multiple tasks in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
