Job Title : Senior Quality Assurance Analyst
Billing Rate : $ 65-70/ hr
Contract : 6 Months (will be extended for next year)

Client : Telco Company
Location : 3 days on-site and 2 days remote, Philadelphia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Planning and Execution: Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
- Automation Testing: Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using Cucumber, Cypress, JavaScript, and Selenium.
- CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing and delivery.
- Defect Tracking and Reporting: Identify, document, and track software defects using defect tracking tools, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Quality Metrics: Define and track quality metrics to measure and improve software quality.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
- Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior QA team members, providing technical leadership and support.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in QA and automation, and continuously improve QA processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Cucumber, Cypress, JavaScript, and Selenium.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: ISTQB certification or other relevant QA certifications.
- Experience: Experience in performance testing and security testing.
- Tools: Familiarity with additional automation tools and frameworks.
