RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Personal Care Administrator (PCA), your primary responsibility is ensuring quality care and overseeing staff in our personal care unit
-
Ensure and enforce state regulations and requirements for a personal care facility
-
Oversee all personal care staff
-
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all care

Oversee resident care
REQUIREMENTS:
-
As a Personal Care Administrator (PCA), your primary responsibility is ensuring quality care and overseeing staff in our personal care unit

Valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred
-
Personal Care Administrator (PCA) License preferred
-
Experience in skilled care, personal care, and/or long term care facilities preferred
-
Familiarity with the regulations and requirements in a personal care facility
-
Supervisory experience in healthcare preferred
-
Encompass a “patient care first” mentality and instill this belief with staff

Values a team and possess the ability to work collaboratively with others
