Job Description:
Join our team as an Smart Home & Security Consultant and become an integral part of our mission to deliver peace of mind to homeowners. Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments to understand each client's unique needs and recommend tailored solutions from our range of alarm systems and services.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations that highlight the features and benefits of our products, effectively addressing customer concerns and objections.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets, while upholding our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure a seamless installation process and continued customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the alarm systems or security industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping customers find the right security solutions for their needs.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and maximize earning potential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a high volume of leads and sales activities effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
