Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development
- Develop and grow positive, and inclusive company culture at all locations
- Network with local schools and other agencies to develop relationships for future talent
- Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
- Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent
- Assist in opening new clinic locations throughout the DFW metroplex
- Ensure current benefit package leads the industry
- Communicating with employees outside of clinic hours when necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
- Previous HR leadership experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Passion for personal and professional growth
