All-Phase Electric Supply opened in 1976 and became the first electrical wholesale company in Skagit County. Since then, we have grown to support our customers throughout Skagit, Whatcom, Snohomish, Island, and San Juan Counties. We are looking for an Operations & Project Management Coordinator at our Burlington location. Our ideal candidate will be focused on taking care of internal and external customers as well as helping the office operate efficiently.
**Job Summary:** We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations & Project Management Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing projects, and providing administrative support.
**Responsibilities:**
- Handle order entry and processing efficiently
- Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure timely completion
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners
- Utilize Internal software for financial transactions and record keeping
- Read through Purchase Orders to get an understanding of requirements and make sure terms and conditions are correct
- Work with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin when possible
- Proactively seek alternative methods to deliver the project on time and within budget
- Coordinate with project team for documentation requirements such as O&M manuals, submittal packages, and certificates of insurance
- Manage delivery schedule, product quality, and information updates
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions
- Support the team with any necessary clerical tasks
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements:** - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental or medical office setting - Proficiency in using software for financial management - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
