The purpose of this position is greeting and checking in customers as they come in for service. inform the service advisors of their appointment arrival and directing and assisting customers with their primary purpose of their visit.
Job responsibilities include:

Handling inbound telephone calls with the goal of setting a service appointment

Greeting customers and assisting them upon their arrival.

checking in appointment and informing the advisor that is they are assigned with.

Determining the needs of the guest via telephone and recommending appropriate service with the goal of selling a service appointment

Confirming guest appointments to ensure high show ratios

Composing professional emails to customers
-
Updating guest contact information on each call and appointment check.

Using several computer systems at once, on multiple monitors
Needed Experience:

Fluency in Spanish is a major plus
