Responsibilities:
Compensation: 2000-2500 + 0.5% commission on deals handled + generous health insurance
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and managing sales documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Process orders and handle inquiries from customers and sales representatives.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone promptly and professionally.
- Support the sales team in managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and sales presentations.
- Event Coordination:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
- Prepare and distribute promotional materials and product information at events.
- Reporting:
- Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
