Pasta Mia, a renowned Food Manufacturing Plant, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, ensuring quality food preparation, maintaining inventory, and upholding exceptional customer service standards.
Duties:
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff in daily operations
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with management to develop menu items and specials
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in team management within a hospitality setting
- Strong background in inventory management and kitchen operations
- Proficiency in Word/Excel system is a plus
- Knowledge of bartending techniques is advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills - (Bilingual/Spanish Preferred)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in food preparation is preferred
