Position:
ISS is seeking a candidate with a strong Human Resources and Bookkeeping background to join us as Human Resources Manager/Bookkeeper. This position is responsible for all recruiting, onboarding, terminations, benefit administration, payroll, and AP/AR for a nationwide company.
Principle Responsibilities:
· Oversees processing of accounts receivable.
· Processes accounts payable.
· Processes bank reconciliations of payroll and general accounts.
· Prepares and processes payroll in conjunction with outside payroll service.
· Oversees and maintains company insurance to include Workers' Compensation, auto, and liability.
· Acts as Benefits Administrator to include completing appropriate paperwork and updating information as needed.
· Recruits new employees.
· Orients new employees to include completing appropriate paperwork.
· Maintains employee handbook and processes updates as needed.
· Processes termination paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
· Keeps abreast of employment related law changes.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
· Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
· Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as
filing and record keeping

· SHRM or HRCI certification a plus
