Job Summary: This is going to be a year of unprecedented growth at HRS Restoration Services and we're looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our HRS team. We are scaling rapidly, and it is imperative for us to find a candidate who embraces challenges, is eager to learn, and is passionate about succeeding. This person will be responsible for qualifying sales leads and building sales opportunities for the team. They will be a support to our Business Development team. We are looking for a self-motivated team member with a natural inclination for selling.
Job Responsibilities
- Qualify and develop inbound leads for HRS and act as first point of contact for all prospect inquiries related to Disasters / Restoration Services, Asbestos Abatement, and Roofing
- Identify and qualify buyers’ needs and provide targeted opportunities to fill those needs while creating an excellent customer service experience.
- Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls, social media, our automation platforms, and internal teams regularly.
- Work with the Business Development Team to set meetings with potential Buyers and align on strategic initiatives to bring in more interest.
- Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in HubSpot / Salesforce / ZoomInfo / Outreach
- Work with Marketing to track and refine company KPIs and metrics for inbound sales activity.
Job Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with ZoomInfo are a plus.
- Minimum of One (1) year in a similar role and/or one (1) year in sales for a restoration company is preferred.
- Restoration, Asbestos, and/or Roofing experience preferred.
- Call Center or Inside Sales Experience is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills, and well-spoken is a plus for calling / speaking to prospects/clients.
- Bilingual speaker is a plus in English and Spanish.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Self-starter, goal-orientated, and customer-centric.
Salary: The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $65,000 per year, plus commission/incentive bonus.
