Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager/HR Support to join our team. This dual-role position will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and providing essential HR support functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management and human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
- Coordinate and manage office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, including preparation of meeting materials and catering arrangements.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and conducive to productivity.
HR Support: Cleint Facing
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job titles, and employment status.
- Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and timekeeping.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and help organize company events and activities.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in office management and/or human resources support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.

Pay: $20.20 - $21.32 per hour
