General Motors Service Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the entire service department, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and operational performance.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize service operations, improve efficiency, and meet revenue targets.
- Mentor and coach a team of service advisors and technicians, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service offerings, maintain quality standards, and uphold brand reputation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Service Manager in a General Motors dealership or similar automotive service environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and implement innovative solutions.
