Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement quality control plans to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections and maintain detailed documentation of findings.
- Lead the development and execution of internal audits, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Utilize advanced statistical tools and techniques to analyze quality data and drive improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and maintain accurate records related to quality assurance activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality engineering role.
- Proven experience with ISO standards and quality systems.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Proficient in the use of coordinate measuring machines and standard measuring equipment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- In-depth knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
