Summary:
A Pointsmith Program Manager is responsible for managing the execution of high profile in-store marketing related projects for the assigned account(s). Each project will be highly dynamic, complex, and complicated. This role requires someone who is organized, extremely detail oriented, assertive, can perform under pressure, and has excellent communication skills.
The Program Manager is an integral element in seeing that our client’s programs are managed correctly and driving the assigned account(s) towards success.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project management (planning, coordinating, and executing) for the entire lifecycle of a program/project including but not limited to: Timelines, estimating, creative development, information Systems, production, inventory, fulfillment, logistics, and customer service
- Maintain a detailed project calendar and coordinate all logistics and timelines
- Manage internal cross-functional teams to ensure project quality, accuracy, on-time and in-budget completion
- Maintain all project related tracking documents for updating the teams and their respective business units
- Work directly with multiple client contacts and third-party partners throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Support Program Director as needed
Experience & Requirements:
- Experience in project management, retail marketing, or event planning is desired, but not required
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across the organization and with the client
- Ability to understand work-related duties and responsibilities quickly and accurately
- Have an ability to investigate issues and identify solutions to problems in an efficient manner
- Demonstrated strong relationship building with customers and internal partners/departments
- Self-starter who thrives in working with and cross-collaborating with team members.
- Digitally savvy in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working in HTML is a plus
- Experience in SharePoint, Google Analytics, InDesign, Acrobat, and Workfront is a plus
- Be able to pass a Color Blindness test
- On-site presence required in Katy, TX
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
