Mind Above Matter is an outpatient mental health practice that provides comprehensive services at our locations in Burleson and Keller, as well as partnering with Independent School Districts in DFW Metro. We are avidly searching for a mission-driven, detail-oriented, and service-dedicated Mental Health Tech to join our growing team. This particular role will be based in Irving ISD, Monday through Friday, regular business hours.

What You'll Be Doing
- Provide direct supervision of clients and maintain close contact with them while going between group rooms, appointments rooms, lunch breaks and bathrooms
- Observe patient behaviors, participation in activity/recreation groups, document in EMR
- Planning, facilitating, evaluating and monitoring and activity and recreational groups.
- Provide crisis resolution and management
- Print and maintain face sheet (within 48 hours) (including medication list, emergency contacts and face sheet)
- Checks in adolescent group clients daily
- File ongoing documentation on a daily basis and scan/upload daily check ins and snapshots
- Prepare, supervise, and clean up group rooms daily
- Fax clinical summaries, D/C summaries, Referrals, Chart Request for unit
- Notifies clinical group staff of any major updates, concerns or reports made by clients
- Act as a liaison with patients, families, schools, and health care team members
- Comply with required standards for medical/legal reporting situations (i.e. child abuse, adult abuse, psychiatric commitment).
- Provide transportation services for patients as needed to and from facility. Update transportation log.
- Monitor snack and art supplies, keep inventory and restock accordingly
- Facility clean-up- trash, sweep, light bulbs, etc.
- Telehealth set-up and facilitation as needed
What You Bring to This Position
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree (or higher) in mental health related field preferred
- At least one year work experience in mental health field preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
