Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various nursing specialties and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
This position will be working under the direction of the Patient Care Manager and Clinical Services Director and will support the Home Care Teams. Responsibilities would include patient care, quality and compliance, billing, coding and overall liaison to support the daily operations of the clinical teams. · Codes and reviews all new admissions
· Completes and reviews all recerts
· Reviews clinical documentation
· Completes chart checklists to include pharmacy and medication reconciliations
· Performs and completes all admissions and death tracking
· Supports interdisciplinary team meetings
· Conducts QA on a regular and ad hoc basis
· Reconciles clinical invoices
· Educates staff on documentation, QI and process improvement
· Assists with QAPI and other measures
· Provides coverage for staffing to include conducting visits
· Will provide AOC Coverage as scheduled
· Assists with new employee orientation and providing support for Relias training, fit testing and flu shots.
The schedule will be
- M-F 8a-5p
- Onsite
- Will be required to be part of AOC rotation, upon completion of 3 mos in role; one day a week and one weekend every 5 weeks.
- PA and MD licensure required

Qualifications
- RN licensed in Maryland and PA
- Minimum of 3 years nursing experience in hospice or palliative care
- Prior experience in performance improvement, quality, education and/or safety is preferred with understanding on Medical regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $87,360.00 per year
