Senior Sales Representative
Woodstock Harley is currently looking for a senior level sales associate who has a proven track record selling within a dealership setting. If you have command of the basic sales process, and are looking for a way to enter Finance & Insurance, this is the position for you. Showing a competitive spirit with ability to sell and close customers consistently, we are looking to fully train you to be able to jump into doing F&I when needed. Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Utilize warm calling techniques to establish rapport and build relationships with prospects
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities for business development
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
Sales Experience for at least 5 years in a dealership setting.
- Strong understanding of the Finance and Insurance Department.
- Willingness to go beyond 'your regular routine' to grow sales.
- Be an outgoing, energetic people person.
- Be self-motivated, positive, driven and helpful.
- Be able follow a structured sales process on value based selling.
- Proven track record of success in outbound calling and sales
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new market opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
