We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Assist with project coordination, job cost management , including scheduling
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records .use of quick books and market sharp
- Manage and file documents, both physical and electronic
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives, handling correspondence and managing calendars
- Provide client and customer support, both in person and over the phone
- Assist with office management tasks, such as maintaining supplies and coordinating maintenance requests
- Operate phone systems and direct calls to appropriate individuals
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
