Caissa K12 is actively seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will work alongside Caissa K12’s President, ensuring smooth operations and facilitating productive communication channels. To be successful as an Executive Administrative Assistant, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks within set deadlines.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating and managing the company’s President's activities and coordinating calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments, conference calls, etc.
- Ensuring the company’s President is appropriately prepared and has various materials for various meetings/appointments.
- Act as a liaison in client-facing meetings, providing support to the company’s President as needed.
- Conducting regular email checks and ensuring timely responses to important correspondence.
- Providing assistance with daily tasks and reminders to ensure deadlines are met and priorities are managed effectively.
- Assisting with miscellaneous administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the executive office.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft professional emails and letters.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Previous experience in an executive support role is preferred but not required.
