Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerical Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various clerical tasks and possess strong computer literacy skills.
Schedule starts at 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:
•Work effectively and thrive in a team environment.
•Review and approve customer portal log-in requests.
•Make outgoing calls to walk users through our customer portal login steps.
•Use CRM technology (Dynamics) for record-keeping and communication documentation.
•Prior experience in a clerical role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy including data entry and document processing skills
Qualifications:
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in fast-paced, high-volume clerical work.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Associate degree and/or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
