Manager - Producing

Base salary plus commission. Other monetary incentives as well.
Primary Responsibilities Produce loans via phone and assist in the managing of other loan officers.
- Take mortgage applications via phone
- Manage, mentor and develop branch personnel.
- Monitor lender programs and requirements.
- Assist Loan Officers with training, sales meetings and openings as necessary.
- Provide coaching and promote a professional team effort.
- Provide support for problem solving. Create an interface with lenders and Title companies, and disperse information as needed
- Maintain reports to ensure complete exchange of information regarding loan status, and monthly projected closings.
- Three years mortgage lending experience: originating, processing, closing and underwriting FHA/VA/Conventional loans
- Recruit new loan officers as well as other personnel
- Recommend hiring and termination of personnel
Telephone originations of mortgage loans through primarily outbound dialing
- Provide superior customer service skills by responding to company-provided leads in a timely manner. Engage with consumers, determine their needs and offer the appropriate products. Obtain all necessary information to close the loan in a timely manner. Meet individual monthly sales goals. Stay informed of developing trends in the mortgage industry Requirements. Recent origination experience in the mortgage industry required. NMLS Licensing required. Strong telephone sales and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to connect quickly with people in an outgoing, friendly manner. Must possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately. Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate careful decision-making skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to pass a background check for state licensing..
- At least one year in a full-charge supervisory/management capacity preferred - BUT NOT required
