Helpdesk Technician
Our Helpdesk Technicians range from entry level to second/third level desktop and some light server support. Our technicians primarily work remotely from our office, but also work in the field directly with our clients. Windows 10 and Windows 11 experience required along with a strong background in customer service. Server and networking experience is a plus. Our company offers an incredible opportunity for technical growth and a way to gain on the job experience!
Helpdesk Technician Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide end user support via phone, remote management tools, and on-site assistance.
- Provide support and troubleshoot Microsoft and other platform products.
- Configure and deploy new desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Vieth Consulting, LLC.’s Required Customer Service Skills:
- Ability to manage projects
- Able to interact well with decision makers for small to medium businesses
- Will need to be able to assist in sales and help with IT direction for customers
- Server level applicants will be managing the deployment of servers and will head projects including but not limited to O365 migrations, On-Premise server migrations, hardware upgrades, and network design and implementation
