Responsibilities
- When disasters happen, serve our customers in a caring and understanding manner in their time of need
- Document all steps of the disaster restoration process
- Manage customer satisfaction throughout the process
- Work as a team throughout remediation and ensure clear and consistent communication with office staff, management and fellow technicians
- Pack out and pack in customer contents before, during and after remediation completion with extreme care and without damage
- Clean, document and store customer property in a manner consistent with and exceeding industry standards
- Willing to learn and grow in the areas of fire and smoke restoration, water damage restoration, microbial growth remediation, and applied structural drying techniques
- Ability to handle remediation of floods, fire, microbial growth in homes and businesses that may require demolition of materials as well as cleaning/deodorizing property and contents - this may be on job site or in-house at the warehouse/office
- Must work in a safe, clean, and organized manner
Qualifications
- Must have the drive and determination for continued growth and learning
- Attention to details and organization
- Aptitude with record-keeping, documentation, recording information and effective communication with customers, peers and management
- Ability to handle deadlines while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership skills
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and be comfortable on your feet for a prolonged period of time
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening that includes, but is not limited to, marijuana
- Must pass an extensive background check
- Clean DMV driving record with no DUI's
