Quality Inspector

We have an opening for an Experienced Quality Inspector at our Upholstery Manufacturing facility in Archdale, NC.
Qualifications & Job Responsibilities

Minimum 2 years of experience inspecting furniture for high-end, luxury brands

Ability to read production tickets and any special instructions

Utilize tools such as tape measure, regulator, ice pick, scissors, air hose, steamer, heat gun

Add filler material to cushions, backs, and cores as needed

Make sure all seams are straight

If applicable, make sure skirt, trim, and nails are attached properly

Check fabric & leather for flaws
-
Make sure finishing/exposed wood and feet are correct with no scratches

Make sure cushions fit and line up
-
Use air hose to clean up piece, cut threads, and make sure piece looks neat and presentable before sending to packing department
