We have a unique focus on equine careers and offer a range of specialized programs to passionate horse enthusiasts. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a College Enrollment Agent to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Recruitment: Identify and engage potential students, providing information about our equine degree programs, conducting interviews, and sharing the benefits of choosing our institution. Provide assistance, guidance, and leadership to students and their parents during Registration.
- Social Media: Interact with leads and comments on social media to set up an appointment.
- Admissions Process: Guide prospective students through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience. Maintain follow-up and assist students with questions and concerns from the moment of interest until actual enrollment in the form of phone calls and written communication.
- Enrollment/Sales Skills: Utilize effective enrollment/sales techniques to meet enrollment targets and contribute to the growth of the institution. Enter prospective students into CRM and update records with notes of discussions. In coordination with marketing, develop recruitment strategies for Equestrian students.
- Self-Starter: Enrollment Agent must have the ability or instinct to begin and follow through with a plan or task without prompting or direction from others. Perform all other duties deemed appropriate for this position.
- Equine Enthusiast: Attend a local or regional Equestrian events monthly to promote our programs and connect with potential students.
Qualifications:
- Passion for equine studies and a strong understanding of the horse industry.
- Previous experience in sales, student enrollment or a similar customer-facing role is desired.
- Bachelors' degree required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to equine events and college fairs.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Knowledge of higher education admissions processes is a plus.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and general hours of work and days are flexible based on the events attending that week. Standard office hours throughout the week will be established for the purposes of communicating with the enrollment team and nurturing student enrollment.
Travel:
A valid US Drivers' license with a safe driving record is required, and the energy and ability to travel once a month. Some evening and weekend work, and overnight travel are expectations of this position.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
