Join our dynamic team at our new Garden, Lounge, & Club as a General Manager. The club is 8,000 sq ft of newly renovated elegance and a stunning outside garden and bar. We are a growing hospitality company dedicated to providing exceptional service and unforgettable experiences to our guests. As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the overall operations of the Club, ensuring top-notch service delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality. Our ideal candidate is someone with strong leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Ultimately, the role of the Club Manager is to ensure the smooth running of the club and to promote a positive, welcoming, and fun atmosphere.
Manage all aspects of Club operations including
- Establishing policies that aim to provide a first-class high end customer experience
- Hiring and training top quality staff
- Manage maintenance of systems, inventory, and facilities
- Develop and manage marketing plans to engage the community and promote awareness of the Club
- Manage the Club's budget and P&L to assure profitable operations
- Ensure the Club is compliant with laws and regulations
- Plan and coordinate events
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Demonstrate expertise in kitchen management and restaurant operations to maintain high-quality standards
- Implement effective inventory control procedures to optimize resources and minimize waste
- Supervise and schedule staff members across various departments, providing guidance and support as needed
- Uphold food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health codes.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Club Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of club management procedures
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of financial and facilities management
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and club management software
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job
- BS degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant field
