We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our experienced sales team. As a Lincoln/Maserati dealership, we offer an impressive lineup of luxury vehicles that cater to our customers' discerning tastes. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their search for the perfect vehicle, delivering an exceptional buying experience, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information to customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of Lincolns/Maseratis vehicles.
- Conduct test drives, explaining vehicle capabilities and demonstrating performance.
- Assist customers throughout the entire sales process, from vehicle selection to financing options.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Continuously update product knowledge to stay informed about the latest Lincoln/Maserati models and technological advancements.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
Requirments:
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not mandatory. We welcome candidates with a passion for sales and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and collaborate wit hcolleagues.
- Self-Motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
