As an Operations Associate, you'll be integral to our day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless processes and providing excellent client service. Your role will involve working closely with clients to establish and manage financial accounts, requiring strong communication skills and attention to detail.

ROLE, RESPONSIBILITY & EXPECTATIONS
Responsibilities (General Overview/Categories of responsibilities):
1. Financial Advisor Assistant to Advisory Team
2. Administrative & Operations Support

Expectations (What specific tasks/goals and daily/monthly expectations exist for each category):
1. Operational Support to Advisory Team
- Serve on the advisory support & client service team
- Assist advisors with completion of forms supporting new or existing client relationships at brokerage firm housing client accounts (Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.)
- Compile and generate client’s Portfolio Analysis packets for client review meetings
- Communicate with each advisor individually to include any additional reports or exhibits they want included for a client meeting
- Gather client data and accurately and proficiently enter information into Profiles/Naviplan for financial planning meetings
- Save electronic copies of documents in client’s online file
- Communicate with advisors on issues, outliers and important information that needs to be gathered
- Complete tasks as requested/assigned by advisors
- Answer and assist clients with questions or concerns; follow-up as needed
- Assist client with technical issues related to account access
2. Administrative & Operations Support
- Assist colleagues, particularly when on vacation/appointments or out of the office
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, answer basic client questions, etc.
- Billing/Morningstar/Redtail Support
- Morningstar/Redtail database management as needed
- Maintain client billing database by entering and maintaining correct fee schedule, billing information, billing invoice methods and mailing/email addresses in Redtail and Morningstar for new and existing clients
- Will communicate/work with advisory team and client service team in maintenance of billing/invoices
Redtail CRM
- Monitor client account for billing breakpoints and other changes as necessary
- Maintain client’s Annual Statement of Fees list, with each quarter’s fees
- Coordinate with Client Service Team to conduct any mailing of statements, invoices, etc… for clients who have elected paper delivery
Technology
- Enter, update and maintain company logins and passwords
- Work with team to ensure all passwords are current and accessible
- Troubleshoot any outstanding issues with Dashlane support
- Learn new technology as it becomes available to streamline processes
- Advicent/Profiles/Naviplan administrator
- Serve as the firm’s go-to person for information, questions, etc.
3. Individual/Team and Company Participation
- Participate in all company Monday Morning Meetings
- Participate in all PSI Capital Management internal and external sessions/events as appropriate
- Quarterly performance review

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
