LPN/RN
Beacon Hill at Eastgate is looking for LPN's and RN's to join our team! This position is ideal for a compassionate, reliable nurse. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with seniors living at Beacon Hill long term to build that rapport and relationship with the resident and their health advocates. You will also work with older adults discharging from the hospital and requiring a sub-acute rehab stay for a short-term period which will put your clinical skills to use. At Beacon Hill, you will have a maximum of 14-15 residents during daytime hours and work with 2 experienced and highly skilled certified nurse aides to promote individualized care to our residents. You will work with a nurse manager with extensive experience working in senior living who takes a hands-on approach to supporting you and the residents.

Full time 1st shift, 80hrs/pp, 6:30a-3p
$26-48 per hour - Negotioable based on expereince
**All LPN's and RN's are required to attend a 2 day orientation**
Responsibilities:
- Administering all forms of medication.
- Minor testing such as glucose checks and vital signs as required prior to med administration.
- Registered Nurses will utilize Point Click Care for all nursing documentation and medication administration.
- Responsible for communicating with physicians, contracted services and interdisciplinary team.
- Responsible for supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid LPN or RN License for State of Michigan
- Medication administration experience preferred
- 1 year experience in long-term care, hospice care, or health care setting preferred.
- Ability to read/ write comprehensive English and document observations.
- Ability to perform basic math.
- Ability to verbally communicate with patients, staff and general public in a manner that is understandable and with dignity, compassion and respect.
- Must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
