Position Summary
The Associate Doctor of Chiropractic at Washington Care Clinic. Chiropractic is a key contributing leader, working closely with team members to ensure a memorable patient experience. The Associate will lead the practice in the attraction and retention of new patients, growing our overall impact on the community. This role is responsible for the delivery of exceptional care, advocating for the patient by providing meaningful patient feedback with compassion.

OBJECTIVES
● Identify patient needs, develop outcome goals, recommend a plan of care
● Execute plan through chiropractic wellness plan in alignment with patient goals
● Provide individualized care with utilization of multiple adjustment types and drop tables
● Communicate recommended next steps and benefits of an intentional wellness plan
● Analyze patient information, X-Rays, examinations, case progression, making adjustments to the plan based on all patient data and feedback.
● Develop a patient portfolio through referrals, building rapport, and identifying additional opportunities of impact in the community (Schools, Businesses, Lifestyle Groups, etc.)
● Manage chiropractic wellness records, entering visit notes and patient outcomes into electronic health software
● Report to lead doctor patient progress, potential barriers to achieve desired results
● Lead a team to achieve goals set by the clinic
● Ability to build relationships and educate patients on benefits of regular chiropractic wellness care

● Strong computer skills and highly proficient in MS Office Suite, Windows, Google Suite
● Develop effective relationships with patients to better serve them, adjusting care plan based on patient feedback
● Experience successfully maintaining a positive attitude while working in a team environment with competing priorities
● Ability to think critically, assessing health data to help patients achieve wellness goals
● Outstanding organization and administrative accountability
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to think individually as well as collaboratively when approaching personnel issues
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
● Doctor of Chiropractic Degree (Required)
● Completed National Boards (Parts 1-4); Complete Physiotherapy National Board
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
● Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking
● Must be able to lift at least 25lbs
● Travel Required: Up to 15% for Continuing Education & Training
