Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner to understand their outdoor living needs and preferences.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on our range of grills, accessories, and outdoor living products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, showcasing our commitment to quality and innovation.
- Close sales transactions with confidence, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a clean and inviting showroom environment, restocking merchandise as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work culture.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong product knowledge or a willingness to learn about outdoor living and grilling products.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to exceed sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or related fields is a plus.
