We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service
- Oversee daily operations, including managing inventory, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Train new team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to drive improvement
- Assist in payroll management and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for increasing market share and driving sales growth
Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or customer service environment
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in basic math skills for handling transactions and managing budgets
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers
- Ability to manage inventory, track sales trends, and make informed buying decisions

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of Operations experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, Military, Construction, Agriculture, and/or leadership experience in a customer service environment reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of G3 Operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of Operations experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, Military, Construction, Agricultural, and/or leadership experience in a customer service environment reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 5 years of G3 Operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Candidates for this position must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. Required to obtain a California driver’s license or appropriate state driver’s license within 30 days of hire.
- Skilled with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
- Required to work an off-shift (swing or graveyard), when necessary.
- Required to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of Operations experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, Military, Construction, and/or Agriculture reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of Operations experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, Military, Construction, and/or Agriculture reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience using a Production Management System and/or Warehouse Management System.
- Supervisory experience leading a team of direct reports.

Compensation
- Hiring Salary Range: $65,400 - $81,700.
- Actual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher to be determined by factors other than race and gender such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
