Client Services Coordinator
Overview:
SMP Business & Tax Services, LLC is a small community-orientated tax and accounting firm, providing services to small business and individuals ranging from tax preparation, to payroll, to bookkeeping and everything in between. We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for being the initial point of contact for all of our prospective clients, managing existing client relationships, and ensuring all-around customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service while answering all incoming calls, texts, and emails.
- Gather information from clients to increase firm efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Provide updates and assist in follow-ups as requested.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, as necessary.
- Establish a social media presence and maintain the website.
- Present our firm in a positive and professional manner in public events.
- Assist in drafting communications, as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school degree required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience utilizing Google Suite for business. Experience using QuickBooks a plus.
- Ability to work independently while also being part of a small team
