As an Account Executive in the California Territory, your main responsibility will be to expand and manage a portfolio of new client accounts within your designated region. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing strong client relationships, understanding their business and employee needs, and delivering solutions that improve employee retention and generate value. This role demands a proactive and motivated individual with exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales skills. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders to identify and pursue new business opportunities, thereby contributing to the company's growth in both the B2B and B2C customer segments. This position is on a self-starting schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a fully remote position and must be done on a full-time basis.
Business Duties and Responsibilities
- Building a book of Business for Leads, Prospects and Customers on the company CRM.
- Determine crucial customer needs and provide the appropriate solutions.
- Business Development and organization of sales calls.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business and renewals.
- Follow up and closing of prospects to convert to customer.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Manager to provide ongoing support and follow-up on closed sales.
- Provide training and mentorship to the B2C team for effective closing techniques and daily best practices.
- Creating daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for B2B and B2C teams.
- Collaborate with the team for overcoming objections or new discoveries.
- Research and understand our clientele in the field and at home.
- Research new possible markets or opportunities.
- Attend special events related to our market.
- Collaborate with our Marketing team for the best results.
- Collaborate with our development team for the best user experience.
Requirements
- Bilingual English and Spanish languages.
- Sales and Relationship Management Skills.
- Proficiency in cultivating sales team leadership, promoting teamwork, and fostering collaborative environments.
- The candidate should be capable of showcasing the ability to create and present a comprehensive marketing plan, with the capacity to execute it effectively.
- Prior experience with the Latino and Hispanic Community.
- Ability to connect and communicate in an interpersonal way with all social economic levels within our targeted community.
- Individual firsthand experience with the immigration process.
- Sales and negotiation experience with Industry knowledge and trends.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and self-discipline skills.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, monitoring, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:
- Base salary with commission structure. Target Earnings will be determined through a discussion that takes into account your skills and prior performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $6,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
