Integrity Marketing Solutions is looking for a
Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is entry-level and no experience is required. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our clients. Successful applicants will be responsible for the development and execution of tailored marketing campaigns throughout the greater Akron area. The ideal candidate is friendly, ambitious, trainable and shows a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer’s concerns and needs
- Oversee assigned client and account relationships
- Convey basic understanding of products and services
- Develop customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with plan provisions, resolve service issues
- Manage and maintain customer accounts
Document interactions and update customer accounts as needed
