We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager for our food hall location. Someone who is passionate about great food, recipes, and guest experience. Familiarity with food hall or food trucks is desirable as well. We are a modern Mexican restaurant, that serves various meats in Burritos, Tacos, Crunch Wraps, salads and much more. A passion for quality in your position is a must.
Our person would work with Ownership and shift supervisor to maintain quality of operations and recipes. We are extremely passionate about developing workplace culture and aim to attract the best possible people to work with us in all positions that we hire for.
We are looking for a manager candidate that has a background in and understanding for day-to-day operations, employee recruiting, employee training, front-of-the-house operations, back-of-the-house operations, and all aspects of running a successful operation.
We are looking for someone with strong past experience in food and beverage that can work with our team and wants to grow with us. We are looking for someone who can make an impact and thrives in a team environment. We are in a solid ground level/start up realm and plan to grow in a robust yet sustainable way.
