Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments on systems, networks, and applications to identify security weaknesses.
- Utilize vulnerability scanning tools and techniques to discover potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Analyse and prioritize vulnerabilities based on severity, potential impact, and exploitability.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to assess the business impact of vulnerabilities.
- Test patches in a controlled environment before deployment to minimize disruptions.
Skills Needed:
Candidate resumes should be more focused on the “Vulnerability Testing and Patch Management Specialist”. Skills that are needed to be in the resume are,
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, or related fields or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in vulnerability scanning tools, patch management systems, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Tools like Rapid seven insight VM experience, Metasploit and PDQ deploy is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
