Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contract Salesperson to join our team. This is a 1099 contract position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking our leads, contacting commercial building owners, and scheduling appointments for our team to provide consultations on recent hail and storm damage to their roofs. This role is crucial in helping businesses get the services they need and driving our business forward.
Responsibilities:
- Contact leads provided by C4 General Contracting.
- Schedule appointments with commercial building owners for roof damage consultations.
- Clearly explain the benefits of our services and the consultation process.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments using Excel sheets.
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure appointment attendance.
- Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure smooth transitions from lead to consultation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
- Experience in commercial damage building preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build rapport with potential clients over the phone.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in using Excel for tracking and managing leads.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Compensation:
- Earn 8% of the total work contracted. With the high volume of leads and the significant value of commercial projects, the potential for substantial earnings is high.
