Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee multiple locations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leadership, profit loss management, and business development.
Responsibilities:
-Cleaning facilities as assigned will be primary position with sub duties as follows;
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and supervise operations across multiple locations
- Drive sales growth and profitability through effective planning and execution
- Lead, mentor and train team for operational excellence
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
- Oversee project management initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with senior management on business development strategies
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably as an Area Manager or similar position
- Strong background in profit loss management and strategic planning
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously
- Proficiency in supervising teams and driving performance improvements
- Experience in sales, process improvement, and business development is highly desirable
