Position Summary:
The Senior Manager of Operational Excellence for Neurology will work alongside the Senior Vice President of Neurology Operations, Chief of Neurology, National Director of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), among other Neurology Service Line leaders to advance the most critical initiatives across the service line. This role will support developing the overall strategy, identifying requirements to implement, and driving accountability across the service line. This role will assist with driving operational performance and creating goals that support the service line. The ideal candidate is comfortable with large datasets and has deep expertise across both analytical and conceptual problem solving.
Description of Duties/Essential Functions:

Structure complex problem-solving with suggested solutions to inform high-value operational and strategic questions

Integrate quantitative analytics to assist with people management, communications, and business judgement

Build, utilize, and communicate analytical tools to explain quantitative obstacles

Leverage analytics to provide business cases, monitor strategies and performance
-
Identify performance improvement and integration opportunities for clients that translate into business and clinical impact

Partner with cross-functional support teams throughout the organization
-
Advise senior leadership on matters of strategy, team efficiency, and operations
-
Represent our organizational values while focusing on patient care, provider support, and client services

Monitor, analyze, and report trends of performance against key indicators, for business success, clinical impact, and team health
Education and/or Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Health Care Administration or equivalent preferred
-
Minimum four years of administrative and management experience
-
Two or more years’ experience in health care organizations
-
Experience using Tableau and Salesforce preferred
