Supports project, utility, and field managers. Works on utility relocation / coordination projects for a variety of companies, state, and local governmental agencies.
What you will do:
- Manage to project timelines and budget
- Effectively communicate project information to clients, regulators, and key stakeholders
- Develop relationships with clients; become trusted advisor
- Work to resolve project needs
- Lead effectively in a highly dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Assume responsibility for the successful delivery of products and services within the department, and high satisfaction and performance of department employees.
- Establish and maintain a strong technical delivery model across all functions in the department that is agile to changing customer requirements.
- Establish strong relationship with key customers.
- Ensure successful delivery of high-quality products and services to customer on time and on budget.
- Ensure strong project management acumen throughout the department and contribute to that capability across the contract.
- Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Who you are:
You are a results driven individual and a strategic thinker with excellent problem solving and analysis skills. You are an accomplished communicator, both verbal and written, and you are able to work on multiple tasks at a time.
What you bring:
- 1+ years civil engineer experience required
- Staff management experience preferred
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of U.S. design codes and standards
- Related local experience preferred
- Project management skills and Complex data interpretation skills
