Petabridge (https://petabridge.com/) is a dynamic, growing, ambitious open source software company - as such we have a global community of users and customers using our technology (https://getakka.net/) for a variety of innovative and novel applications! Your task as a Community Manager is to help us grow our online footprint via our primary marketing channels (YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub, and beyond), find and promote success stories from our community of users, and to help better understand where our prospective users are and take the steps necessary to put Petabridge and Akka.NET in front of them.

As a Petabridge Community Manager you will be responsible for:
- Continuously learning and researching best practices for publishing & promoting content; engaging with end-users; branding; and more on all of our major community platforms (Discord / YouTube / Twitter / LinkedIn / GitHub);
- Growing our online footprint across all channels;
- Measuring user engagement, growth, retention, and any other key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Overseeing the publishing of content on Petabridge's key social media channels and following industry best practices to ensure maximum effectiveness and reach;
- Repurposing existing content and publishing it in order to drive engagement across all channels;
- Discovering, promoting, and cultivating third party Akka.NET (http://Akka.NET) champions and helping them share their stories on our channels and more;
- Encouraging and incentivizing positive community interaction between users in our Discord;
- Help book Petabridge's content producers on third party podcasts, blogs, YouTube channels, conferences, and more in order to help spread the word;
- Produce Petabridge's community standups and livestreams on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, and more;
- Work with Petabridge's content creation team to help produce content that will further the company's goals and be received positively and enthusiastically by our audience.
