Overview:
*Entry level: For current non licensed aspiring Representatives
We are seeking motivated individuals that want to pursue a career in financial advisement and brokerage development to join our team. We are not necessarily seeking experienced career financial representatives. We are seeking individuals that want to learn, grow and succeed in our systems that we have created. We will teach you and license you in the following categories: Investment/Securities related products and select insurance products. We are seeking those with prior leadership experience in the following industries: Education, Sales Management, Sales, Coaching, Marketing, Medical, Logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial guidance to clients on investment opportunities, protection management, and cash management
- Develop customized financial plans based on clients' goals and risk tolerance
- Monitor clients' portfolios and recommend adjustments as needed
- Stay informed about the latest financial news and market trends
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and reviews
- Conduct financial analysis to assess clients' current financial status
- Development of additional teammates in emerging local communities
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Excellent people skills, working well with individuals from various backgrounds
- Willingness to learn and is someone who is coachable
- Accountable to processes and newly learned skills
- Familiarity with technology
- Eagerness to assist with new company growth
We will license and train those who posses the above listed skills. Prior experience in the industry is not required. Expect a transitionary period of 4-6 months to become fully licensed. The ideal candidate will currently be gainfully employed when applying and understands that this is a bridge into a new career field and industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $45,691.55 - $70,069.39 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
